The 5'2 Edit is operated from the United Kingdom. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Style profile details you choose to share, such as height, proportions, fit preferences, favourite brands and budget. Your email address if you create an account. Messages you send to Margot or through the contact form.
To personalise the styling recommendations Margot makes for you, to remember your preferences between visits, and to reply to enquiries. We do not sell your data.
Style Me is optional. If you choose to use it, the two full length photographs you take or upload are resized in your browser and sent once to our AI provider so your relative proportions can be read. They are held only for the length of that request. We do not store, display, share or use your photographs for any other purpose, and they are never used to train models.
What is saved to your account is the resulting proportion profile only: a small set of words describing relative torso, leg line, waist and frame relationships, plus any corrections you make. You can delete it at any time from your Style Profile, and deleting your account removes it too. Style Me is only available when you are signed in, and your consent is asked for before any photograph is used.
Your data is stored securely and access is limited to your own account. If you browse without signing in, your details stay on your device for that session only.
You can review, edit or clear your style profile at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing hello@the5-2edit.ai.
